AI Architect

About the Role We're hiring an AI Architect to sit at the intersection of engineering, AI, and business strategy. You'll work across departments: Sales, Marketing, Ops, Product, Finance, to identify inefficiencies, design AI-powered workflows, and build solutions that make our teams faster, smarter, and more aligned. This is not a research role; it's a builder role with a strong strategy lens.
You'll own the question: "Are we building the right things, in the right way, for the right outcomes?"
What You'll Do
- Partner with department leads to map existing processes and identify high-leverage opportunities for AI and automation.
- Design, prototype, and ship internal AI tools, agents, and workflows (think: LLM-powered assistants, automated reporting, intelligent routing, internal copilots).
- Translate business goals into technical specs — and technical realities back into business language.
- Establish standards and shared infrastructure so AI initiatives across teams stay coherent rather than fragmented.
- Measure impact: define KPIs, track adoption, and iterate based on what's actually moving the needle.
- Act as an internal evangelist — train teams, document playbooks, and raise the AI fluency of the entire org.
- Recent graduate from IIT / IIM (or equivalent) with a background in Engineering and exposure to AI/ML.
- Minimum of 2 years experience building AI
- Strong technical foundation: Python, familiarity with LLMs, APIs, prompt engineering, and modern AI tooling.
- Sharp business instincts — you can sit in a Sales review and a code review on the same day and contribute meaningfully to both.
- A bias for action: you'd rather ship a v1 in two weeks than write a deck about a v3 in two months.
- Excellent communication — you can explain a transformer to a CFO and ROI to an engineer.
- Curiosity, ownership, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Internships or projects involving cross-functional problem solving.
- Hands-on experience with workflow tools or BI tools.
- A side project, paper, or hackathon win that shows you build things.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000 annually
